WHO WE ARE
TS Engineering is a structural engineering firm based in Scottsdale, AZ. We are licensed and have experience working in Arizona and California. We specialize in residential structural engineering with a focus on wood-framed structures. Our team has worked on hundreds of residential projects ranging from large production home communities and luxury custom homes to small-scale remodels and additions. We are very familiar with the new-home building process from creating an initial design concept that is beautiful and economical, to navigating the permit-approval process with the city, and finally seeing the vision come to life during construction.
For most, this process can be tedious and exhausting, but we believe that creating clear, concise, and efficient construction documents can help alleviate some of the stresses. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in addition to high-quality construction documents to make the home-building process smoother. ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Owner & Founder, Taraneh Saeidi, graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Structural Engineering in 2012. Shortly thereafter, she began working in the residential engineering industry. This may have been a direct result of a predetermined interest in homes. She developed an accidental interest in homes at a young age when her mother, a realtor, took her along to any open house they happened to drive by. Since then, the home design process was appealing.
During her time at college, Taraneh worked in the service industry at a luxury resort and spa. There, she learned the nuances of high-end customer service and the impact it can make for a client. Establishing quality relationships with clients, improves the work experience for all parties involved. Those lessons stuck with her and have been implemented throughout her professional career, including at TS Engineering.
Taraneh is proud of the work she has done to help build homes in the residential industry and is so excited to continue to do so through TS Engineering.
